About the Role

Join our prestigious 5-star hotel in Abu Dhabi as a Guest Relations Agent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable stay. You will work onsite, engaging with guests and providing exceptional service. Your shift pattern will vary, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival.
  • Complete the check-in process efficiently.
  • Process guest departures and handle payments accurately.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel offerings and local attractions.
  • Recommend hotel amenities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Manage multiple guest inquiries simultaneously to ensure timely service.

  • Passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and busy environment.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
