About the Role
We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our 5-star hotel in Dubai. This is an onsite position with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards. You will lead a dedicated team and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent housekeeping services. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hotel housekeeping.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the Housekeeping Department.
- Recruit, train, and develop the housekeeping team.
- Oversee the department budget and control costs.
- Implement housekeeping standards and safety rules.
- Conduct regular inspections of cleanliness standards.
- Analyze guest feedback to drive improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in luxury hotel housekeeping.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in housekeeping software.
- Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).

Statutory benefits (UAE)
Wage Protection System (WPS)
Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).
End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)
21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.
Annual leave
Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).
Sick leave
Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.
Health insurance
Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
