About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Human Resource Officer, where you will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions and enhancing employee experiences. This position offers the flexibility of either working from home or on-site in Batangas City, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to our vibrant workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and HR-related inquiries promptly.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientations and documentation.
- Process timesheets for payroll and monitor employee benefits and compliance with company and government requirements.
- Prepare and process government benefits reports (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth) and manage related remittances and claims.
- Update employment status records and HR databases for accurate reporting.
- Conduct monthly fieldwork for reporting newly hired and separated employees.
- Assist the HR Head in performance management and organizational planning.
- Support employee relations and promote wellness and safety programs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as an HR Staff member.
- Experience in processing government mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management or related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a high level of integrity.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel).
- Ability to adapt to change and set priorities effectively.
