About the Role

The Remote Recruitment Specialist is a pivotal role designed for driven individuals who excel in a dynamic startup environment. This position focuses on outbound sourcing and headhunting passive candidates, engaging with them, and facilitating structured assessments to achieve data-driven hiring outcomes. You will collaborate closely with our Co-founders and Account Managers to align on strategies that drive client success.

Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify passive candidates using outbound strategies, ensuring alignment with screening criteria.
  • Execute personalized outreach to build rapport with candidates and facilitate their progression through the recruitment funnel.
  • Conduct structured candidate assessments via recorded video interviews and capture essential data in company systems.
  • Drive late-stage hiring processes, including reference checks and follow-up interviews.
  • Maintain professional standards during stakeholder interactions and candidate assessments.
  • Provide transparent proof of work, including meeting recordings and updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to enhance recruitment systems and workflows.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in outbound headhunting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
  • English proficiency at CEFR C1 level or higher across all communication forms.
  • A dedicated professional workspace with high-speed internet and quality video call equipment.
  • Experience recruiting in developed markets such as Canada, the US, or the UK is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment contexts is a plus.
  • Ability to craft precise Boolean search strings for candidate sourcing.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate logs and activity records.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.
