About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Client Service Advisor to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your main tasks will involve addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service. You will engage with clients through various channels, including Phone, WhatsApp, and Email. This position is on-site, and fluency in Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of contact for client inquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, and Email.
  • Proactively solve client issues while ensuring service standards are met.
  • Engage clients to build long-term relationships and enhance satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of CHANEL products and services to address inquiries.
  • Collaborate with boutiques and internal stakeholders for seamless operations.
  • Assist internal teams with client engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated client care experience in a service role.
  • Ability to address client needs independently and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a refined tone of voice.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
