We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Associate to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is essential for providing excellent service to our customers in a retail environment. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide high-level service and support.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Ensure store organization and meet visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting shopping environment for customers.
  • Participate in receiving shipments and restocking shelves.
  • Manage inventory to ensure the store is fully stocked at all times.
  • Recommend products to customers for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
