About the Role
As a Junior Coffee Specialist in Al Ain, you will represent the Nespresso brand. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer service and enhancing the coffee experience for our clients. This position requires a passion for coffee and a commitment to high customer satisfaction. You will work on-site, engaging with customers and helping them find the perfect coffee solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the Nespresso brand by promoting its values and products.
- Welcome customers and identify their coffee needs to provide tailored recommendations.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction through attentive service and product knowledge.
- Generate sales of Nespresso products by engaging customers and showcasing offerings.
- Assist with Boutique projects to enhance the customer experience and store presentation.
- Maintain operational efficiencies by ensuring the boutique runs smoothly.

- Demonstrate experience in retail or hospitality environments.

Statutory benefits (UAE)
Wage Protection System (WPS)
Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).
End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)
21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.
Annual leave
Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).
Sick leave
Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.
Health insurance
Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
