Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and messages from customers to assist with their inquiries.

Requirements

  • Completed senior high school or high school (old curriculum).
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in BPO or non-BPO settings.
  • Basic computer skills to navigate systems and tools.
  • Strong product or service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
