About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Makati. This is an onsite position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. You will assist customers with their inquiries and help them understand our Software-as-a-Service platform. Responsibilities

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
