About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Front Office Receptionist to join our team in Metro Manila. This is an onsite role with a shift pattern of 8 hours, including day and night shifts. Night shift differentials apply. You will provide excellent customer service during check-in and check-out. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel features and services.
  • Upsell rooms and transportation services to guests.
  • Ensure guest property security and confidentiality.
  • Resolve guest issues effectively and gather feedback.
  • Participate in employee training and follow company policies.

Requirements

  • 1 year of receptionist experience in a hotel.
  • College graduate or equivalent professional training.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Fluent in English (B2 level).

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.

    Employer must contribute to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG on the employee's behalf.
