About the Role

Join our team as a Junior Housekeeping Attendant at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. This is an onsite position with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring guest satisfaction through your attention to detail. Shifts will vary, and you will receive tips and service charges as part of your compensation. You will need to manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet the demands of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Stock and maintain housekeeping supplies daily.
  • Manage the inventory of linens and towels.
  • Collect and transport dirty linens to the laundry.
  • Assist with the delivery of clean linens to various departments.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team for efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or as a Public Area Attendant.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Basic English communication skills (B2 level).
  • Experience in luxury hotels is a plus.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
