About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Kids Club Attendant to join our team on-site in Dubai. You will work closely with the Director of Entertainment to ensure that all activities are conducted safely and that the club's facilities are well-maintained. Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Director of Entertainment to ensure the safety of all children.
  • Ensure parents complete registration forms accurately to maintain records.
  • Create and maintain an inventory of toys and equipment for the club.
  • Keep the club and crèche clean to provide a welcoming space.
  • Follow activity schedules as instructed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Enforce club rules to promote a safe and enjoyable environment.

Requirements

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
