About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Junior Laundry Agent to join our team in Metro Manila. This role is essential for keeping our guests' garments and hotel linens clean and presentable. You will work full-time, with shifts scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Night shift differentials apply. Meal breaks are provided during your shift, and transport will be arranged for night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily laundry tasks like sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding, and finishing.
- Ensure proper handling of guest laundry, hotel linen, and staff uniforms.
- Follow correct washing formulas and fabric care procedures.
- Ensure timely processing and delivery of all laundry items.
- Handle guest laundry with care and attention to detail.
- Check guest garments for damages or special instructions before processing.
- Sort and process linens by type, color, and fabric.
- Participate in training sessions and SOP briefings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic English communication skills (B2 level).
- Attention to detail and reliability.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
13th-month pay
Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
