We are seeking a Junior Operations Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an on-site position that offers an exciting opportunity to support the operations of our growing network. Responsibilities
- On-board and train new restaurants and shops to the Careem Food Delivery network.
- Set up the dashboard on provided devices for efficient operations.
- Maintain daily trackers and log devices dispatched to partners.
- Assist with retraining and troubleshooting for partners to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage daily tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and partners.

Statutory benefits (UAE)
Wage Protection System (WPS)
Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).
End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)
21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.
Annual leave
Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).
Sick leave
Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.
Health insurance
Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
