Junior Product & Test Technician On-site in Lapu-Lapu

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Product & Test Technician to join our team in Lapu-Lapu, Central Visayas. This is an on-site position where you will work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams. Your role will involve supporting device and package qualification through various testing processes. Responsibilities

• Perform handler conversion and setup to meet device qualification needs.
• Assist in ATE tester setup and configuration based on instructions.
• Support engineering lot testing, ensuring adherence to test flows.
• Conduct fall-out verification to confirm test rejects and accuracy.
• Perform spike checking to spot abnormal trends in test data.
• Help with initial failure analysis and escalate issues as needed.
• Compile and maintain test reports and engineering records.
• Ensure proper material handling and storage according to company rules.
• Maintain equipment readiness and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Follow quality standards, ESD protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with engineers and teams to meet project goals.

Requirements

• Graduate of Associate/Diploma or Technology course in Electronics Engineering.
• Preferably with experience in semiconductor manufacturing or test operations.
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor device fundamentals.
• Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
