About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Reservation Agent to join our team in Dubai. This on-site position requires a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail. As a key member of our reservations team, you will handle inquiries and ensure a seamless booking experience for our guests. Your role will involve utilizing Property Management Systems, such as Opera Cloud, to manage reservations effectively. Responsibilities
- Handle all room reservation inquiries to meet company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all reservations for future reference.
- Maximize revenue potential by upselling services and amenities.
- Input reservations into the Opera reservation system accurately.
- Provide polite and friendly responses to all customer inquiries.
- Build rapport with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify potential sales leads for future accounts and partnerships.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Front Office or Reservations roles.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Statutory benefits (UAE)
Wage Protection System (WPS)
Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).
End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)
21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.
Annual leave
Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).
Sick leave
Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.
Health insurance
Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
