About the Role
Join our team as a Junior Waiter in a fine dining establishment located in Metro Manila. This role offers a full-time schedule with shifts typically from 10 AM to 10 PM, including weekends. You will enjoy a meal break during your shift and will be provided with transport to and from the venue. Additionally, we offer a 13th-month pay and a night-shift differential for those who work late hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival.
- Establish rapport with guests to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Prepare and assemble orders accurately, following the menu.
- Adhere to brand standards and hotel policies at all times.
- Attend training sessions as required to improve skills.
Requirements
- Experience in Food and Beverages is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good command of spoken and written English (B2 level).
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
13th-month pay
Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
Service Incentive Leave
