About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Waiter to join our team in Metro Manila. This is an onsite position where you will interact directly with our guests. As a Junior Waiter, you will play a key role in providing excellent service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner to create a welcoming environment.
• Establish immediate eye contact and smile with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Thank and farewell guests, conveying anticipation for their next visit to foster loyalty.
• Build rapport with guests and gather constructive feedback to improve service quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet to ensure a pleasant dining atmosphere.
• Prepare and assemble orders in sequence and make quality checks before service to uphold standards.
• Communicate effectively to know daily tasks assigned and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain backup supplies stock for daily operations to prevent service interruptions.

Requirements

• Experience in Food and Beverages is an advantage for this role.

• Preferably a Diploma holder in Hospitality Business Management or any related course.
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English are essential.
