About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Airport Representative to join our team in Metro Manila. This role is essential for providing exceptional guest services at the airport. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported during their travels. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival at the airport.
- Coordinate outbound departures and ensure timely arrival at the airport.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide assistance with directions and procedures.
- Assist in establishing airport greeting and transfer procedures.
- Maintain constant communication with Concierge and Front Office teams.
- Ensure guest safety at all times within the airport premises.
- Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in guest services or airport handling.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings and late nights.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
13th-month pay
Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
Service Incentive Leave
Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.
