Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of the Club Lounge to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Deliver personalized service to Club Floor guests, enhancing their experience.
- Support setup and preparation of Club Lounge areas for events and guests.
- Supervise Club Lounge Agents during operations to maintain service quality.
- Coordinate with various departments for seamless guest service and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
- Attention to detail and quality orientation in service delivery.

Requirements

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
