About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Assistant F&B Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a strong background in hospitality and food and beverage management. You will work on-site, ensuring our standards are met while providing excellent service to our guests. Your expertise will help us maintain high food quality and cost control.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to safety rules and hygiene policies.
  • Assess staff needs and track employee performance.
  • Manage operational costs and improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen on menu updates.
  • Assist the F&B Manager in creating new beverage menus.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • Have at least 6 years of experience in hospitality.
  • Possess 1 year of managerial experience in a 5-star setting.
  • Understand luxury hotel and restaurant operations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Know food safety rules and hygiene practices.
  • Be skilled in Microsoft Office applications.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
