About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Associate Marketplace Consultant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will work directly with seller partners to enhance their business performance on our platform. Your insights will help drive growth and improve customer experiences. This position requires a strong background in business development and analytical skills.

As a consultant, you will provide data-driven advice and identify key opportunities for our partners. You will also engage with various stakeholders to align initiatives and track results. This is an on-site role, and fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven insights and advice to seller partners to improve their performance.
• Identify key business opportunities in various product categories to drive growth.
• Conduct deep analysis on issues affecting business performance and suggest improvements.
• Educate selling partners about our delivery and customer experience standards.
• Track and report on business development results to stakeholders regularly.
• Align programs and initiatives with multiple stakeholders to ensure success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in business development or consulting.
• Strong negotiation and selling skills to engage effectively with partners.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Entrepreneurial drive to seek out new opportunities and solutions.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
