Responsibilities

• Own short-term planning and forecasting to meet operational needs.
• Execute Business As Usual (BAU) and Peak operations for smooth workflows.
• Define and manage strategic programs for planning and forecasting.
• Gather requirements for network solutions to boost operational efficiency.
• Make trade-offs between schedule, resources, scope, and cost.
• Address risks and challenges in operations to maintain service quality.
• Work with stakeholders to remove blockers and facilitate progress.
• Manage technical integration with Amazon systems to streamline processes.
• Set up operational and performance measurement processes to track success.
• Launch and expand programs while maintaining quality metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of cross-functional experience collaborating with diverse teams.
• 3+ years of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with data-driven program requirements to inform decision-making.
