About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Category Management Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on supporting the Category Manager in executing effective category strategies. You will play a key part in sourcing new products and ensuring our offerings meet market demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE market and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Category Manager in executing category strategies to enhance product offerings.
  • Assist in sourcing new products and maintaining a diverse assortment for customers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to gather product details and establish competitive pricing.
  • Track category performance and identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
  • Help plan and execute promotions in collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate product listings on our app to enhance customer experience.
  • Liaise with the supply chain team for SKU onboarding and inventory replenishment.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and optimize pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in category management or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
