About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Category Management Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on supporting the Category Manager in executing effective category strategies. You will play a key part in sourcing new products and ensuring our offerings meet market demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE market and be detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Support the Category Manager in executing category strategies to enhance product offerings.
- Assist in sourcing new products and maintaining a diverse assortment for customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers to gather product details and establish competitive pricing.
- Track category performance and identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
- Help plan and execute promotions in collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate product listings on our app to enhance customer experience.
- Liaise with the supply chain team for SKU onboarding and inventory replenishment.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and optimize pricing strategies.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in category management or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Statutory benefits (UAE)
Wage Protection System (WPS)
Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).
End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)
21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.
Annual leave
Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).
Sick leave
Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.
Health insurance
Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
