Mid-Level CCR Operator On-site in Dubai

About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level CCR Operator to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a strong background in control room operations and a technical diploma in engineering. You will work on-site, ensuring the smooth operation of power and water units. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of safety and quality in our processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control operations of power and water units.
• Operate assigned units from the control panel as per established procedures.
• Adjust operating conditions and product flows to meet production goals.
• Maintain continuous radio contact with field operators for coordination.
• Update control room registers and logs accurately.
• Follow work instructions from the Shift Supervisor or Engineer.
• Perform initial diagnostic checks for equipment malfunctions.
• Coordinate Lock Out & Tag Out procedures to ensure safety.
• Provide on-the-job training to junior team members to enhance their skills.

Requirements

• Hold a technical diploma in engineering.
• Have 3-5 years of experience in control room operations.
• Possess knowledge of relevant plant equipment and operations.
• Understand HSE and quality standards for safe operations.
• Exhibit attention to detail in all tasks.
• Have extensive knowledge of DCS, SCADA, and PLC systems.
• Be familiar with downtime analysis and problem-solving tools.
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills.
