About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated On-site Bellstand Attendant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring guests have a pleasant experience from the moment they arrive. Your main duties will involve assisting guests with their luggage and providing information about our services.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests as they arrive at the property.
  • Open doors and help guests enter and exit safely.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Transport guest luggage between rooms and designated areas.
  • Assist with luggage storage and retrieval as needed.
  • Help guests load and unload their vehicles.
  • Offer directions to guests within the property.
  • Organize transportation for guests when requested.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • No prior work experience is necessary for this role.
  • No supervisory experience is needed.
  • No specific licenses or certifications are required.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
