About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Client Account Manager to join our team in the UAE. In this role, you will manage key client accounts, focusing on cash management services. Your expertise will help us enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a sales-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing cash management accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services to clients.
  • Support the growth of liabilities and fees through exceptional service.
  • Increase the number of products utilized by each client.
  • Identify and address portfolio leakages to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the product delivery team to enhance client service.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews for top revenue clients to assess needs.

Requirements

  • Hold a university degree in a relevant field.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in cash management or banking.
  • Possess a sales-oriented personality to drive client engagement.
  • Demonstrate strong business and revenue-oriented skills.

Requirements

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
