About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Cluster Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will focus on acquiring and managing both new and existing clients within the hospitality sector. Your expertise in customer relations and market analysis will be essential as you identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage new and existing clients to enhance revenue streams.

  • Plan and execute sales activities to meet or exceed targets.

  • Deliver sales training sessions to hotel teams to improve performance.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a 5-star hotel.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Show ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Be proactive and self-motivated in pursuing sales goals.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
