About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions across various platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your expertise in customer relationship management will help us enhance our engagement strategies and improve overall satisfaction.

As a key member of our team, you will work on developing effective communication scripts and resolving customer inquiries promptly. This position requires fluency in both English and Arabic to cater to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities

  • Manage all communications received by Brau, including WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, emails, and online bookings.
  • Develop and improve customer engagement scripts to enhance client interactions.
  • Respond to all inquiries with high standards of professionalism and care.
  • Facilitate complaint resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and optimize the salon schedule for efficient operations.
  • Meet monthly sales targets to support business growth.

Requirements

  • Hold a High School Diploma or higher qualification.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in contact center or customer service for a luxury brand.
  • Demonstrate strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Exhibit professional verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
  • Possess effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
