About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Delivery Partner Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential for building and maintaining strong relationships with Delivery Service Partner (DSP) owners across the Emirates. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance and enhancing operational practices. If you are passionate about fostering partnerships and driving performance, this position is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with 25-30 DSP owners across the Emirates to enhance collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Support DSP owners by identifying and removing obstacles to improve practices.
  • Analyze operational challenges and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Coach business owners to run compliant and high-performing companies.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in client or vendor-facing roles.
  • Demonstrate strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Possess strong presentation skills to convey ideas effectively.
  • An MBA is a plus but not mandatory.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
