• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Share information on hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
• Update guest profiles and prepare daily reports for management review.

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury guest relations or concierge services.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues efficiently.
• Skilled in handling high-profile guests with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
