About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Installation Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on the installation of elevators and escalators, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This position requires on-site work, and proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity during installation and handovers.
- Prepare sites proactively and deliver on customer expectations.
- Verify the execution plan and manage field costs effectively.
- Organize installation activities and logistics to meet deadlines.
- Act as the main contact for customers regarding site management.
- Oversee and enhance team performance through effective leadership.

Statutory benefits (UAE)
Wage Protection System (WPS)
Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).
End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)
21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.
Annual leave
Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).
Sick leave
Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.
Health insurance
Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
