About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Key Account Manager for Heavy Duty Trucks to join our team in Dubai. This on-site role focuses on building strong relationships with fleet operators and logistics companies. You will play a key part in driving sales and managing key accounts. Your expertise in heavy-duty truck sales will be essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators and logistics companies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Present vehicle solutions and coordinate product demonstrations for clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to payment collection.
  • Protect profitability while delivering competitive solutions to clients.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales forecasts for effective tracking.
  • Support collections activities and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor information to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in heavy-duty truck sales.
  • Proven track record in business development and key account management.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
