About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Logistics Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on overseeing logistics operations within the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in supply chain management and a passion for optimizing logistics processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our supply fleet operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations of the supply fleet to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Allocate supply fleet resources based on production plans and requirements.
  • Plan the geographical distribution of marine units for operational needs.
  • Prepare route plans that align with production schedules.
  • Manage vessel voyages to meet in-field supply requirements.
  • Coordinate vessels and supplies for maintenance and shutdown activities.
  • Establish connections with production teams for timely supply delivery.
  • Track bunker needs of marine units to ensure readiness.
  • Evaluate marine units for their suitability in logistics operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 6 years of experience in oil and gas logistics and inventory management.
  • Strong knowledge of oil and gas warehouse policies and tendering processes.
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Certifications like CWLP or CLTD are a plus.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
