About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on driving marketing strategies to enhance our property’s visibility and engagement. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute effective marketing plans. Your expertise in e-commerce management and relationship building will be crucial in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for the property.
  • Oversee e-commerce opportunities to boost online presence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local tourism bureaus.
  • Conduct daily marketing tasks to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Evaluate and explore new marketing opportunities to enhance outreach.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Associate degree in Marketing or a related field is acceptable.
  • Strong skills in budget management and market analysis.
  • Ability to develop creative marketing tools for campaigns.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
