About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Operations Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This role involves working on-site and requires a proactive approach to support our operations. You will play a key part in improving our boutique performance and ensuring smooth processes. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical reports on boutique performance to guide decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards to track stock levels and inventory status.
  • Collaborate with management to create effective action plans.
  • Assist in reviewing commercial targets to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Support quarterly business review presentations with relevant data.
  • Prepare pre-buying reports to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Work with the merchandising team on performance and stock transfers.
  • Participate in monthly reviews with the merchandising team to discuss outcomes.
  • Support the development of new processes and projects to enhance efficiency.
  • Review boutique procedures and raise any concerns for improvement.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
