Responsibilities

• Support the development of new packaging solutions from concept to rollout.
• Coordinate testing and material evaluations for packaging projects.
• Contribute to achieving sustainability targets through innovative designs.
• Ensure compliance with corporate Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards.
• Evaluate packaging designs for adherence to international rules.
• Collaborate with teams for successful new product launches.
• Participate in initiatives to improve packaging processes.
• Prepare technical reports and updates for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in packaging development or a similar area.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of sustainability principles and recyclable design.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of CAD software is a plus.
