About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Proxy Product Owner to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on developing innovative non-banking products in the digital banking and fintech sectors. You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful product delivery. The position is onsite, and candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch new non-banking products that meet market needs.
• Manage offerings led by third-party partners to enhance product range.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on project goals.
• Lead sprint planning sessions to ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Support backlog management and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies to promote effective team collaboration.
• Coordinate product releases to ensure smooth transitions to users.
• Work with teams on quality assurance and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in gathering and translating requirements.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management.
• Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and platform architectures.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
