• Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures for cleaning tasks.
• Supervise Public Area Attendants and track their performance effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards to promote guest safety.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in luxury hotel housekeeping.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage for this role.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination.
• Guest service orientation to enhance the overall guest experience.
