About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Risk Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a strong background in AML and compliance, with a focus on investigating potential risks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, and be fluent in both Russian and English. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining the integrity of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate denied entities and sanctions to identify potential matches.
  • Participate in ongoing customer due diligence and KYC processes.
  • Assist in identifying gaps in compliance and training opportunities.
  • Analyze guidance documents and help identify necessary remediations.
  • Consistently meet set goals and KPIs to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Have at least 4 years of experience in AML or compliance roles.
  • Possess knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrate fluency in Russian and English.
  • Experience in solving complex investigations is preferred.
  • CAMS certification is a plus.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
