We are seeking a Mid-Level Treasury Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role involves overseeing cash flow management and maintaining strong banking relationships. Responsibilities

• Track daily cash positions to ensure sufficient liquidity for all business activities.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and deliver regular liquidity updates to management.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions effectively.
• Coordinate bank account tasks, including opening and closing accounts.
• Process fund transfers, payments, and treasury transactions accurately.
• Assist in securing financing options and maintaining loan records.
• Monitor debt obligations to ensure timely repayments.
• Support negotiations for banking facilities and interest rates.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and treasury policies.
• Prepare treasury reports and analyses for management review.
• Support annual audits by providing treasury records and reconciliations.
• Identify ways to improve cash management processes and enhance working capital.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Have 3–5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking.
• Possess a strong understanding of cash management and banking operations.
• Demonstrate experience in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Exhibit advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Show strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
