About the Role
We are seeking an Executive Lounge Manager to join our team in Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service in our exclusive lounge. You will oversee daily operations and enhance the overall guest experience. This position is onsite, requiring your presence to manage the lounge effectively.
Responsibilities
- Support the Front Office Manager in daily operations for smooth service.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing needs promptly.
- Oversee VIP arrivals and departures to maintain high service standards.
- Manage Club Lounge service delivery to meet guest expectations.
- Coordinate food and beverage services to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Profile guests and lead the team to ensure efficient service.
Requirements
- Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Possess experience in 5-star hospitality to meet our service standards.
- Demonstrate a strong background in hotel operations for effective management.
- Exhibit excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Show proficiency in MS Office applications and PMS systems for daily tasks.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
13th-month pay
Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
