About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new business through outbound calling to potential clients.
  • Provide professional, solution-based sales to meet customer needs.
  • Log and manage all sales prospects in the CRM database.
  • Collaborate with the Telesales Manager and Customer Service Manager on strategies.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite to create reports and presentations.
  • Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Time management skills to meet daily call and acquisition targets.
  • Ability to handle difficult calls with professionalism.
  • Knowledge of ZOHO CRM is a plus but not required.
