About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Front Desk Associate - Guest Experience to join our team. This position is ideal for motivated individuals, including fresh graduates and those with experience in customer service, looking to embark on a fulfilling career in the hospitality sector. As a member of our Guest Services department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is seamless from inquiry to checkout.

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest communication through inbound calls and messages across various platforms with professionalism and warmth.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues, coordinating with our ground team when necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and our cleaning/maintenance staff to guarantee property readiness for arrivals.
  • Assist in managing reservations and follow up with guests to encourage 5-star reviews.

Requirements

  • A fresh graduate or 1 to 5 years of experience in Guest Services, Front Desk, BPO customer service, high-end dining, or healthcare.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a neutral English accent and strong writing capabilities.
  • Proficient with technology and quick to adapt to new software and tools.
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet home office environment.
