As a Risk and Compliance Specialist II based in Taguig, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization against potential fraud.   • Analyze account behavior and transaction history to identify suspicious activities.
  • Take appropriate action on accounts according to established policies and procedures.
  • Communicate clearly through email interactions to resolve user inquiries.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior specialists for further investigation.
  • Maintain accurate records of investigations to support compliance audits.
  • Adapt to process changes and new tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in fraud prevention strategies.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.

  • Mandatory contributions
