About the Role

We are seeking a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Pasay, National Capital Region (NCR). This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention in our logistics operations. You will engage directly with customers, addressing their needs and enhancing their experience with our services. This position is onsite, allowing for direct collaboration with your team and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer engagement to boost satisfaction and retention.
  • Establish strong relationships with customer contacts for better service.
  • Call existing customers regularly to maintain engagement.
  • Log all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Meet financial targets and strategic goals consistently.
  • Provide prompt pricing and manage end-to-end spot quotes.
  • Support customers in enhancing their automation processes.
  • Complete Customer Profiles and Standard Operating Procedures after initial meetings.
  • Track exceptions using the CCL Dashboard effectively.
  • Monitor customer profitability to maximize Gross Profit.
  • Identify financial risks and work with stakeholders to address them.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
