About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Procurement to join our team in Tanauan, CALABARZON. This is an on-site position where you will play a crucial role in managing procurement processes and supplier relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring timely material delivery and effective issue resolution. Your expertise in tactical procurement will help us maintain high supply chain performance.
In this role, you will assess material needs based on operational requirements and MRP dates. You will also have the opportunity to lead process improvements and corrective actions. Responsibilities
- Assess material and component needs based on operations and MRP dates.
- Place timely purchase orders and confirm details with suppliers.
- Resolve issues related to delivery and invoicing discrepancies.
- Manage assigned suppliers and commodities effectively.
- Lead initiatives for process improvements and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience in supply chain or purchasing direct materials.
- Must not have received any disciplinary action for one year.
- Must not be under a Performance Improvement Plan.
