• Guide junior staff in the supply chain team to enhance their skills.
• Enforce best practices in procurement and logistics processes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant rules.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align supply chain activities.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and digital transformation in supply chain.
• Participate in all EHS practices and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and ERP systems.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
