Responsibilities
- Clean all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils to ensure hygiene standards.
- Ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked and organized for efficient service.
- Perform essential cleaning tasks, including mopping and waste removal, to maintain a tidy environment.
- Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle hazardous substances safely and follow health and safety rules to prevent accidents.
- Promptly alert the supervisor on duty to any safety concerns or equipment issues to ensure a safe workplace.
- Share expertise with new team members to strengthen overall team performance and collaboration.

Statutory benefits (UAE)
Wage Protection System (WPS)
Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).
End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)
21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.
Annual leave
Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).
Sick leave
Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.
Health insurance
Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
