• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
• Additional academic or professional qualifications such as CIBN, CIPM, or PMP are advantageous.

• Support the design and implementation of sustainability programs and initiatives.
• Conduct research and analyze data on sustainability trends to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to embed sustainability practices in operations.
• Understand and contribute to business continuity planning, risk assessment, and security measures.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively on sustainability matters.
• Maintain organized personnel records and apply records management tools accurately.
• Assist in developing the Enterprise Risk Management framework related to sustainability and CSR.
